Goodbye to Summer

Can you believe it...summer is already over! Where did the time go? Although I love all the seasons, I'm especially melancholy when summer is over. So, it's time to put together our "What we loved about summer" report...

WHAT WE LOVED:

- finding and identifying bugs....check out this amazing luna moth!


-canoeing through the marsh




-hanging out at the beach (with our favorite summer product--the eco-friendly canvas sand bucket with bamboo shovel)



-riding the cable cars in San Francisco


-hiking the trails in Vermont and California
-spending time with family and friends -- especially an amazing trip to visit Uncle Buddy and Aunt Jen!
-peace signs...peace out!
-books and games and puzzles oh my!

WHAT WE DIDN'T LOVE SO MUCH :-(

-for Ethan, 2 bee stings in 1 day (Ouch!)
-for me, 2 tickets in 1 day in NYC (Ouch!)

At the end of the day (or summer) it is all about the experiences and memories... Don't forget to write them down....save them...savor them.... Nothing fancy or complicated. Just grab a notebook and jot things down. Remember those precious times and celebrate the start of a new season!
